ABOUT ME

I am a multidisciplinary artist, writer and musician whose work moves fluidly between visual and sonic practices. Whether creating, performing, or facilitating for others, I am driven by a passion for process, collaboration, and the cultural connections that emerge through art.

I see myself as constantly evolving: the skills gained in my professional life sharpen my creative tools, while my creativity carves out pockets of reflection even within fast-paced work environments. From handling and finishing fine art pieces under tight deadlines to curating and hosting exhibitions and managing  artistic spaces, each experience and the people I have met along the way, have enriched my practice, broadened my worldview and deepened my belief in art as a collective and transformative force that can bring people together in memorable and fulfilling ways.

Alongside my visual practice, music has always been a constant. As a bassist for over 17 years, I've been able to perform across genres, at incredible venues, continually inspired by the talent around me.

My parallel journey exploring a DJ and broadcasting worlds has allowed me to explore the shared narratives of the Black diaspora, blending everything from Jazz, Soul, and Gospel to Grime, Garage and Jungle and more, connecting past influences with the powerful sounds of today. .
